What I’m writing / blog post of the week:
As you may notice I have created a separate section in the blog of my experiments that will be related to healthy living and nutrition. If we want to be successful in business we should also think about our health. All that empire will not serve you well if you will not have good health.

What I’ve watched:
From marketing tricks to shady practices, the food industry has a lot of secrets. Last week one of my friends send me this video: Secrets The Food Industry Doesn’t Want You To Know. Some crucial facts you should know about the food you eat.
What I’m reading:
I’m still studying The 7 Habits of Highly Effective people and finally got the best definition of the difference between a manager and true leader.
“Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder of success; leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall.”
Also, there is a great example of a team who is cutting their way through the jungle with machetes. Managers are behind them, sharpening machetes, writing policy and procedure manuals, bringing in improved technologies, holding muscle development programs, compensation programs etc.
The leader is the one who climbs the tallest tree, surveys the entire situation, and yells, “Wrong jungle!”
What I’m listening:
Best productivity podcast with Amber De La Garza. In her last episode, she shared top hacks to optimize your calendar so you can reap the benefits of seamless scheduling free of double booking, overbooking, and having to back out.

What I’m thinking about:
