5 Tips to Grow #33

Here are my “5 Tips To Grow” for you, a list of what I’ve learned, experienced or enjoyed most in previous weeks.

What I’m writing:

High energy levels throughout the day, a sharp mind, the excellent physical state of your body are so crucial if you want to succeed in your entrepreneurship journey. How do you feel about it? On scale 1 to 10, how would you score your mind and your body today?

There are so many books, products, programs and apps about how to live healthier, lose weight, improve your energy levels but it seems still is not enough. In my latest blog post, I  share 15 principles to ensure a healthy mind and body I learned from Tony Robbins and Dr.Paul Clayton.

Book I’m reading:

Theory U: Leading from the Future as It Emerges – In this book, Otto Scharmer invites us to see the world in new ways and in so doing discover a revolutionary approach to learning and leadership.

In most large systems today, we collectively create results that no one wants. What keeps us stuck in such patterns of the past? It’s our blind spot, that is, our lack of awareness of the inner place from which our attention and intention originate. By moving through Scharmer’s U process, you will access the blind spot and learn to connect to your authentic Self—the deepest source of knowledge and inspiration.

My Favorite podcast episode:

This week my favorite podcast again – THE BRENDON SHOW and especially the episode called “The Leadership Blueprint”. Time for the big picture of leadership – what the leaders actually do! I found this framework really easy and powerful and looking forward to implementing these tips in my work.

What do the best leaders in the world do? And how can you adopt some of their habits into your life? In this episode, learn the framework for world-class leadership.

Worth reading/watching:

What I’m thinking about:

“The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things.” –Ronald Reagan
