What a great Sunday over here and it’s time to look back on what happened in previous weeks. This time I was in the process to monitor closely my habits and things that help me most and also distracts me. That means this week’s 5 Tips To Grow is dedicated to Habits.
So, 5TipsToGrow is a list of things I experienced or learned in the previous week. There is always some part of things I do, write, or have built, a good book, podcast, and useful resources to check out and learn. It helps me as a reminder to get back to those useful resources and may help also for you to learn something new and maybe save it also on your list.
What I’m writing:
The more I think about my performance more I understand what role play every habit I have developed during my years. We are creatures of habit. Those very same habits either help us to move forward or sabotage our progress in life. The biggest challenge is to replace our bad habits with good ones.
In this article, I shared the best habits for success and health. It a quite a big list but if you can find there one or two to adopt, it may have a big impact later.

What I’m reading:
In the article above I mentioned 2 books: High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become That Way by Brandon Burchard and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change by Steve R.Covey that raised my interest in researching habits but lately I discovered also book by BJ Fogg Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything
A habit expert from Stanford University BJ Fogg shares his breakthrough method for building habits quickly and easily. We all have experienced how hard it is to keep habits going than this method can help for sure. First, cut your habits from big to small and from small to tiny and when you attach your new habit to some daily routine and/or emotion it absolutely will change the game.

So, …
Monitor your habits, write down things you do well and things that are not helping you. Do that regularly. I do my review weekly and use the template I created and tested for a while now. I feel I’m ready also to share that template with you. If you want to try out my review and weekly planning process, just download my template and run with it at least for a quarter and you will notice great and positive changes.
