Here are my “5 Tips To Grow” for you, a list of what I’ve learned, experienced or enjoyed most in previous weeks.
What I’m writing / blog post of the week:
In my entrepreneurial journey similar to the majority I also met my biggest enemy – myself. Negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, lack of confidence, fear was just a couple of challenges I was battling every day. I found out that a set of affirmations repeated daily can be an excellent cure. Affirmations are powerful. They are more than just words. Of course, it will not happen right away, but in time a man can feel a big difference.
I have experienced significant changes in my life by using affirmations regularly – they work! Just one example, long years I was struggling with low self-esteem, with compare-atis, I was dealing with “what others will think” decease until I started to use daily “I always make right (wise) decisions” affirmation.
In my latest blog post 33 affirmations to reshape your mind for success and abundance, I shared more affirmation I used and also some tips on how to use them.

What I’m reading:
Recently I subscribed to receive T.Harv Eker’s latest book, his new hit bestseller “The Good Millionaire: How to Make a Lot of Money by Helping a lot of People”. This new book is different from other books that Harv or any other entrepreneur wrote in one specific way. It uses so-called accelerated learning techniques to make you learn much faster by conditioning your subconscious mind.
In the book, The Good Millionaire Harv describes 8 critical steps on how to become wealthy in a relatively short period of time using the 8 steps and the path of least resistance.
Book is full of great lessons and affirmations that will to change your limiting beliefs and create new beliefs. Anyone can change, by overwriting the non-supporting subconscious habits and beliefs.

My Favorite podcast episode:
We all experience fear. Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear that we’re just not enough – fear is a common current that runs through all of our lives. You could be fearful of failing in business, or in a relationship. You could be fearful of death, or of not living life to its fullest. You could be fearful of asking your boss for a raise, or of your friends and family not accepting who you are. For so many people, fear rules their lives. And if we let it, fear can prevent us from reaching our true potential.
In this episode, Tony Robbins dives into fear – how it shows up, how we handle it in different ways, and how we can use it to serve a valuable purpose and achieve the lives we truly desire.
You’ll also hear from Siri Lindley, a world-champion triathlete and coach – who, at one point in her life, was so crippled by her own fears and OCD that she could barely leave her own house. Siri shares her story of how she turned her fears upside down – and gained the mental strength, courage, and toughness to become the best triathlete in the world and find love and respect for herself along the way.
Worth reading/watching:
- It has been said that the Rockefeller family has affected modern society to a degree but what most do not realize is just how much they have made an impact. Read how Rockefeller has founded Big Pharma and waged war on natural cures.
- How has world population growth changed over time? A mind-boggling change: The world population today is 1,860-times the size of what it was 12 millennia ago when the world population was around 4 million – half of the current population of London.
- The Mediterranean diet explained. Google ‘Mediterranean diet’ and you’ll forget for a moment that it is, in fact, a diet. Plates are colorful and oh-so-Instagrammable, with the recommended division of greens, beans, and meat (and a side of fruit).
What I’m thinking about:
“If you don’t see yourself as a winner, then you cannot perform as a winner.” ~ Zig Ziglar
